Two years ago, I launched my own business through Airbnb, combining my passion for art, architecture, fashion, and urban culture. Today, I manage two apartments for short-term rentals and offer two original guided tours dedicated to art and architecture, designed for an international audience.
Among them, the Street Art & Fashion Tour is a project I’m particularly proud of. Through this experience, I guide visitors through the city, exploring how street art, contemporary fashion, and urban identity interact and influence each other. The tour connects murals, concept stores, creative districts, and local stories, offering a fresh and authentic perspective on the city.
So far, more than 200 people from all over the world have chosen to join my tours. Meeting such a diverse audience and sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm has been one of the most rewarding aspects of this project.

People says about the tour:
Katja: “Federica is one passion-house! She’s crazy about StreetArt and proud to show you the city. It was a fun experience which I will recommend to anyone with an interest in art & fashion.”
Elisabeth: “Je recommande vivement. Vraiment cool !”

Mary: “Highly recommend this tour, Federica has a really interesting background which brings an international perspective and adds local flavour to the art and fashion scene in Antwerp. We explored lots of areas which I would never have found on my own (I have been to Antwerp a couple of times). Great tips on where to get the best vintage, hand made goods, furniture and food and more. Lots of time to ask questions and take photographs along the way”.
Tatjana: “Federica is an amazing host. She adapted the tour to our wishes balancing street art and fashion, including some wonderful shops I would have never found on my own. Having been a street artist herself she explained the different artworks displaying her in depth knowledge about art, art history and architecture. I’ll surely take another tour with Federica, we already discussed the topics. She is multilingual and although the tour was in perfect English, we took the odd moment to chat in Italian which made it even more personal.”
