Since March 2025, I have been leading and coordinating immersive exhibition projects, guiding them from initial concept to final execution. My work blends creativity with organization: I manage vendor relationships, oversee budgets and logistics, and ensure every detail aligns with the artistic vision and partner expectations.
One of the most rewarding parts of my role is managing multidisciplinary teams. I train and supervise exhibition managers to deliver consistent, high-quality performance across all venues. Daily use of exhibition management tools and ticketing platforms, along with familiarity with partner-oriented systems like Fever, allows me to streamline operations and create seamless visitor experiences.
For me, an exhibition is more than just a space to display art… It’s a story to be built collaboratively. Artists, teams, and audiences all become part of a shared experience, where every detail matters.
