My Immersive Exhibition Journey at Exhibition Hub

From February 2022 to March 2025, I had the extraordinary opportunity to work at Exhibition Hub, diving headfirst into the world of immersive art exhibitions. This experience was more than just a professional role — it was a playground for my curiosity, creativity, and love for art and technology, which fuels me every morning and makes me wake up excited to shape experiences that move people.

Regional Operations Manager (May 2024 – March 2025)

In this role, I was at the heart of day-to-day operations for multiple immersive exhibitions, orchestrating staff, logistics, and visitor flows to ensure each moment was seamless and memorable. Collaborating closely with Fever, I gained invaluable hands-on insight into internal workflows, event setup, and partner communication — seeing how vision transforms into reality.

Key responsibilities included:

  • Managing stock, bookshops, and ordering processes.
  • Recruiting, training, and supervising on-site teams.
  • Creating educational and cultural mediation materials to make every visitor experience richer and more engaging.
  • Analyzing visitor feedback and sales KPIs to inform decisions and strengthen partnerships.

Exhibition Manager (February 2022 – April 2023)

As Exhibition Manager, I worked side by side with Fever on large-scale immersive experiences — including Van Gogh, Bubble Planet, Monet, Magritte, Harry Potter, Titanic, Pompeii, and Tutankhamun. This role gave me front-row access to the art of transforming ideas into fully-fledged experiences, deepening my understanding of operational excellence and creative partnership.

Every day at Exhibition Hub was driven by passion. Passion for art, passion for technology, and passion for creating moments that inspire and delight. It’s this energy that keeps me motivated and makes working in this universe of art and immersive experiences so incredibly fulfilling.
